🎤 SHOCKING NEWS!! 😱 Emmerdale Legend PC Swirling Stuns Fans with His Hidden Talent — Who Knew He Could Sing Like THIS?! 🎶👏
Andy Moore is best known for his role as PC Mike Swirling in Emmerdale.
The actor has played the local copper since 2004. Life for Swirling is never quiet, as he’s often seen investigating disturbances in the village and arresting troublesome residents.
Recently, PC Swirling brought April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan) home after growing concerned that she was up to no good.
Unbeknownst to him, April had just completed another drugs drop for Ray Walters (Joe Absolom). Outside Smithy Cottage, April spun a few lies to Swirling and Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) and found herself in the clear again.
He also headed to Butlers Farm earlier in the year, after Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) accidentally punched Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick).
When he isn’t dealing with the drama in the Dales, star Andy Moore is busy working on his music career, and is getting ready to launch his new album on October 24.

The Black and White Detective and The Technicolour Cowboy features Andy Whitaker and Michael Reed.
The two friends connected before the Coronavirus pandemic. They collaborated on John Lever’s Red Sided Garter Snakes, and then realised they lived on different ends of the same street!
Andy and Michael spent time together this summer to create a 13 track album. It features songs including Out and About, which is their debut single, Don’t You Love Me and The River.
You can check out a clip from the music video of Out and About above, and view the band’s Instagram page here.
PC Swirling is a hugely loved character in the ITV soap.

Judith Nelson said: ‘I love PC Swirling. Yes, he has earned a permanent place on the show.’
‘Yes, definitely. We need more storyline about him and maybe his background’ added Michelle Filburn.
Leon Salmon joked, comparing him to Corrie’s bad boy detective: ‘As long as he doesn’t follow in Kit Green’s footsteps!’
‘Yes he should be in the show more. Maybe team him up with a little family and make more use of him. He had a good heart and seems to get along with Cain, could be a great addition’ suggested Sharon Walsh.

It’s certainly possible for a guest character in a soap to become a regular member of the cast.
Over in Coronation Street, Vicky Myers’ alter ego DS Lisa Swain appeared in the show on and off from 2021 until last year, when the ITV soap confirmed she’d be on the cobbles more often.
She is now in a relationship with Carla Connor (Alison King), and fans completely adore her.
Fingers crossed for Swirling!
