12 huge Coronation Street spoilers for next week (15 to 19 December)
Coming up on Coronation Street, the police are called to the cobbles as a special episode explores the nightmare of Todd’s domestic abuse ordeal.
Meanwhile, Will and Megan’s dark secret is at risk of being rumbled, Dee-Dee has news for her family and Joanie ruins Sally’s Christmas surprise.

1. Todd and Theo receive a police visit
The week begins with a powerful single strand episode, focusing on Todd’s abuse at the hands of Theo.
As their relationship grows increasingly disturbing, the police arrive on the cobbles to investigate a report of a domestic disturbance.
The episode will be shown through the lens of different cameras – from Todd’s hidden device, to CCTV and police bodycams – as a series of flashbacks reveals the horrors of what’s happened at the flat.
2. Bernie and George fear for Todd
The next morning, Todd is seen sweeping up the breakages in the flat as he tries to make sense of the previous night’s events.
Bernie, who witnessed the state of the property, fears there’s more to the situation than Todd and Theo are letting on. She shares her suspicions with George, who is also unnerved.
3. Todd is put on the spot
Todd and Theo put on a united, happy front as they welcome George and Christina over for lunch.
George offers Todd his job back at the undertakers, then grills him and Theo about their quarrel.
The pair are put on the spot when George explains Bernie saw their flat turned upside down.
4. Brody gets in the middle of Will and Megan
Will feels he doesn’t have any friends in Weatherfield, so Bernie takes pity on him and makes a secret call to Brody.
Later, Daniel clocks the look on Will’s face when Megan promises him a training session.
Will is annoyed when Brody invites himself along to the training, and then suggests he might ask Megan out himself.
5. Will makes plans with Megan
As Will’s 16th birthday arrives, Ben and Eva make out they’ve forgotten to organise him anything special.
The disappointed lad heads out to go and see Megan.
Reminding his lover that he’s now legal, Will tells Megan he’s booked them a room at the Chariot Square and slips her a key card.
6. Will and Megan are at risk of being rumbled
Unaware that his family are busy preparing a surprise for him back at home, Will ignores Maggie’s call and declares his love for Megan.
The pair make their way to the bedroom, but then Steve tells Ben that he saw Will heading to the hotel.
Deciding to go and investigate, Ben arrives at Will’s room and begins hammering the door…
7. Dee-Dee drops a bombshell
Dee-Dee breaks the news to Ed that she’s landed herself a new job.
Ed is made up for his daughter and suggests a family get together at The Bistro to celebrate.
But then Dee-Dee drops another bombshell, which leaves Ed, Michael and James all reeling in shock.
8. Joanie wrecks Sally’s Christmas surprise
Joanie and Shanice are caught red-handed after trying to steal a bottle of prosecco from the corner shop.
The next day, Sally and Tim spoil the girls with a Christmas themed breakfast. But the happy mood is ruined when Sally bans Joanie from attending the party of a girl from the year above.
When Fiz and the girls arrive later, Joanie can’t hide her annoyance. She throws an epic tantrum, telling Sally she’ll never replace her mum before knocking over the Christmas tree.
9. Tracy swears revenge on Cassie
Cassie lets off steam about Tracy over the cab radio, but doesn’t realise her nemesis has heard every word of it.
Refusing to take it lying down, Tracy decides to plot her revenge on Tyrone’s mum. But what does she have in mind?
10. Carl risks being caught out by Abi
James is regretting the drunken text he sent to Carl and tells his lover to ignore it.
Carl explains he didn’t read the message because he’s mislaid his phone, leading James to fear Abi might come across it first.
Later, Carl manages to retrieve his phone, but can’t stop Abi looking over his shoulder.
11. James abandons Dee-Dee
Dee-Dee feels let down when James fails to show up for their family meal.
