And while they didnât decide to drink the Deleone wine and get naked, in the end, they shared a tender kiss after Nick nearly died playing hero.
To the delight of âShickâ fans, the momentum continued after they returned home, with Nick âshowingâ Sharon how he felt about her with yet another kiss in Crimson Lights.
