Next week on Coronation Street, Theo fears his secret will be exposed ahead of Billy’s funeral. Meanwhile, Sam uncovers evidence that Megan has been grooming Will, while Bernie’s grief causes her to make a huge mistake.

1. Theo makes a confession

Theo struggles with his guilty conscience as arrangements get under way for Billy’s funeral. He seeks guidance from the bishop, who insists that Theo isn’t to blame and suggests he talk to God.

Alone with Billy’s coffin, Theo expresses remorse for leaving him to die. Theo is horrified to hear a door slam and is worried that someone overheard his confession.

2. Debbie reaches out to Todd

Debbie finds Todd and attempts to make peace by offering to donate £3,000 towards Billy’s funeral costs. As the pair discuss Debbie’s gesture, Todd gets upset.

Having noticed Todd’s reaction, Theo lashes out at Debbie but Carl races to her defence.

3. Todd is angered by Theo

Ahead of Billy’s funeral, Theo is tormented with the thought that someone knows his secret.

Todd is called upon to deliver the eulogy but is overcome with emotion.

Theo steps in to deliver his own eulogy and in doing so, passes his guilt onto Todd.

Later, Todd is enraged by Theo’s actions but will he confront him?

4. Theo exerts more control over Todd

Todd is humiliated when Theo opens a letter addressed to Todd with a final demand from a credit card company.

Todd assures him that the situation is under control, but Theo insists that Todd must cut up his credit cards and only use cash from now on to help curb his spending.

5. Sam makes a discovery

Leanne questions Megan about a boy’s tracksuit top that she found in the flat. When Megan makes out that it belongs to Daniel, Sam is suspicious.

Sam questions Will and initially suggests something is going on between Lee and Megan. Will dismisses Sam’s accusation and heads off, but Sam clocks the tracksuit top in Will’s bag and begins to piece the real story together.

6. Megan shuts down Sam’s theory

Will tells Megan of Sam’s suspicions about their relationship. Concerned that Sam will out her, Megan finds Sam doing his homework in Speed Daal.

Later, Megan overhears Leanne invite Sam to join her for tea. When Sam arrives at Speed Daal to meet Leanne, Megan is already seated at their table. What lengths will Megan go to keep Sam quiet?

7. Roy gets some shocking news

Having missed his first date with Alice, Roy sends her some flowers and tells Mary that Alice has forgiven him.

Roy is shocked when he is approached by a man who introduces himself as Mal and reveals he is Alice’s husband.

Later in the week, Roy calls an electrician to fix an issue in the flat but is taken aback to see the electrician is Mal.

8. Dev tries to get through to Bernie

Bernie takes her grief over Billy’s death out on Dev and lashes out at him with hurtful comments.

Later, Bernie reveals that she’s going for a boozy night out with the girls. When Dev points out that alcohol isn’t the answer, Bernie snaps at him again.

9. Bernie has a drunken encounter with Mal

After downing shots on her night out with Gemma, Sally, Glenda and Christina, Bernie tells them she’s going home but starts drinking more at the Chariot Square bar.

Bernie is soon joined by Mal, who confides in her about his wife’s affair. Bernie responds by telling him about Paul and Billy’s love for each other.

Later, Ryan tells the pair that they’ve had enough and asks them to leave. Mal invites Bernie up to his room but will she join him?

10. Bernie is shocked to see Mal again

When Bernie doesn’t come home, Kit and Asha try to assure Dev that she will be fine.

Meanwhile, Gemma shares her concerns with Roy, but will Ryan tell Gemma what he knows about Bernie’s night out?

Bernie finally arrives home and later confesses to Gemma that she messed up. The situation gets even worse for Bernie when she sees Mal approaching…

11. Abi and Shona give advice to Jodie

Abi warns Jodie that Carl is bad news and suggests she stay away from him. Shona backs up Abi’s advice and fills Jodie in on Carl’s recent romantic history.

Later, Carl tries to woo Jodie but will she take Abi and Shona’s advice?

12. Carl interrupts a robbery

Two masked robbers threaten Ryan at the Chariot Square and order him to open the safe.

After handing over the safe’s contents, Ryan is attacked by the two men. As Ryan pleads with them to stop, Carl arrives.

13. Summer struggles to cope

Kit returns Summer’s stolen rucksack to her and she’s relieved to see the bag containing Paul’s ashes is still inside.

Alone at the shop, Summer helps herself to alcohol from the fridge. When Roy arrives, he’s shocked to see Summer drunk behind the counter.

Later, Bernie tells Summer about her plan for Paul’s ashes.

14. Abi shares her concerns

Abi is worried when she finds Kevin asleep in a customer’s car.

Abi visits Debbie and shares her worries about Kevin as it’s clear he’s not looking after himself.

15. Alya learns about Leanne’s proposal

Maggie drops Leanne in it by telling Alya about Leanne’s recent proposal to buy her out of The Rovers.

Alya is furious to realise that Leanne intended to sell her share of Speed Daal without telling her.
