Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, January 26 to February 6, reveal that plans will move forward for Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) funeral.

Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) will also enrage Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) while Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) keeps a secret, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.

During the week of January 26-30, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will make it home from Italy and blast Gwen von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) over

her disastrous Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) plot. Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will eventually deliver some huge news to the DiMera mansion, where EJ will learn the bones in the crypt belong to Stefano.

Chad won’t tell Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) about Stefano’s confirmed demise right away – perhaps out of fear that it’ll cause a recovery setback.

Of course, Theo’s going to find out anyway soon and will have to process his grief.

Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will be distraught over Rafe’s updates regarding Stefano’s bones, but she’ll shut down EJ’s attempt to comfort her.

There’ll also be some kidnapping case developments since Rafe will realize Liam Selejko (Hank Northrop) may have helped abduct Theo and the others, so Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will be thrown for a loop.

As for Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), Days spoilers say he’ll fall into Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) and Xander Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) trap.

Johnny is about to make some business blunders that could cost DiMera Enterprises big time when it comes to Bonnie Kiriakis’ (Judi Evans) book.

While Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) struggles with Dimitri temptation, Gwen will decide to fight back against Dimitri by bringing Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) in on her payback scheme.

Speaking of schemes, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will share his plan to catch Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) stalker, so Stephanie, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantue) will be on board.

Unfortunately, Steve doesn’t realize the picture frame Alex and Stephanie received is bugged, so he’ll be spilling his plan to the stalker, too.

As for Chanel, Days spoilers say she’ll pay Sophia a visit at Bayview.

Chanel will presumably have good intentions, but she may be making a mistake if she riles Sophia up even further.

Elsewhere, Kristen and Belle Black (Martha Madison) will speak with Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) about her next steps.

Rachel is determined to take responsibility for shooting EJ, but Belle and Kristen will guide her in hopes of helping her avoid the juvenile legal system.

The week of February 2-6 may decide Rachel’s fate and whether this can indeed be treated as a mental health issue.

Meanwhile, Sophia may plan another escape and consider committing a shocking crime.

After Chanel’s enraging visit, will Sophia be tempted to go after Trey DiMera (Joseph Ihlenf and Jordan Perdue) and get her son away from his adoptive parents?

Since Chanel is dealing with a risky pregnancy right now, Days spoilers say that could add to the danger involved here.

As for the DiMera family, they’ll eventually have a funeral and say a final farewell to Stefano.

EJ will declare that the house of DiMera will not fall and will intend on doing whatever they can to make Stefano proud.

Next, Dimitri may face a shocking setback thanks to Gwen and Vivian’s alliance.

Vivian is excellent at providing forgeries, so maybe she can help Gwen regain and keep control of Dimitri’s portion of the Von Leuschner fortune.
