As General Hospital viewers tune in today to watch the ABC soap pay tribute to Luke, Anthony Geary’s widower shares memories of his beloved portrayer. #GH
Anthony Geary’s castmates and fans continue to grieve the loss of the iconic General Hospital star, who passed away on December 14, 2025, and as a way to pay tribute to the actor, the ABC soap will air a special episode today to showcase his time in Port Charles. However, there is one man who misses Geary the most and we wanted to share a beautiful post written on February 19 by his widower, Claudio Gama.
“Greetings to all and happy Thursday, it’s a chilly and windy day in Amsterdam,” Gama shared on his Instagram then went on to state that he and his cat Max were having a slow morning, having been up very early. “I’ve been doing my needle work and going to make scrambled eggs, with tomato and onion on toasted corn bread, then we are going to clear up some bookshelf’s taking away the DVD’s, freeing up space for my art books and objet d’art,” he continued then reflected on and shared some of the photos of his dear Tony that popped up on his phone, including a few with the late Tristan Rogers (Robert) and Jacklyn Zeman (Bobbie), as well as others from his time working on the ABC soap.

As we reported earlier in the week, General Hospital shared a preview of its special episode honoring Geary and there are five scenes that we’d love to see included in the flashbacks. However, no matter what, we will never forgot the fan favorite and the mark he left in daytime will live on forever.
