Cain Storms Out of the Village After Explosive Showdown With Robert and Aaron — Is This the Final Goodbye for the Dingle Enforcer? 😱💼🚗

Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) really was willing to fight the Tates until the bitter end in Emmerdale but alas, they’ve won.

A couple of days ago, he discovered from Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) that Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) had finally sold her share of Butler’s Farm.

Cain immediately headed to the prison to speak to Moira about her decision, and wondered if she had sold up because she thinks he’s ‘weak’ with his prostate cancer diagnosis, and unable to fight on behalf of her.

That was far from the truth. Moira explained to Cain that focusing on his health was far more important than constantly being stressed over the farm. She said that when she confirmed her plan to Kim Tate (Claire King), she felt relieved.

Cain and the clan are now being forced to pack up their entire life and find somewhere else to live. He knew someone would very quickly be moving in due to the fact the animals cannot be left unattended, but Cain didn’t expect it to be someone in his family.

In the pub, Joe arrived and took great pleasure in telling Cain that Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) will be Moira’s replacement. Cain and the rest of the Dingles were stunned.

If the Tates weren’t involved in this, perhaps they would’ve reacted differently, but the fact Robert was now doing something Joe wanted looked like a massive betrayal.

And to make matters worse for Cain, Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) stuck by Robert during this moment, determined to support his partner amid his attempt at continuing his family’s legacy.

Things were incredibly awkward in tonight’s episode, as Aaron had to deal with some of his family members now ignoring him over his decision to help Robert.

When the duo arrived at Butler’s, a worn out Cain explained that he’ll never be okay with them taking over the farm, but his cancer diagnosis means he’s got a bigger battle to fight now.

Ouch.

Will things ever be the same again between Cain and Aaron?
