Coronation Street to air shocking Will and Megan hotel scenes – as Ben closes in
Coronation Street fans will see Will Driscoll’s grooming ordeal take a horrifying twist later this month, when predator Megan Walsh lures the teenager into her bed. As he turns 16, Will is manipulated by his coach into sleeping with her for the first time.
However, it seems that Megan has been careless, as somebody close to Will is already on their trail. Are they about to be caught in the act?
“Megan has kept Will waiting for the moment they can have sex,” begins our Corrie insider. “Smitten Will thinks he’s in love with his abuser, and her flirtation with Daniel Osbourne has driven him mad with jealousy – which is exactly what Megan wants.
“However, the Street’s most scandalous secret is at risk of being exposed…”

Will is raging that Megan has started dating Daniel, despite her insistence that it’s a ‘showmance’ to put people off the scent. Megan has told Will that if their relationship went public, nobody would understand and they would be torn apart.
Brainwashed into doing Megan’s bidding, Will is reluctantly going along with her wishes. But the schoolboy is counting the days until his 16th birthday, believing there will then be no legal repercussions to him and Megan sleeping together.
When cocky Brody Michaelis also makes a play for Megan, Will is terrified that he could lose his love. So as his milestone day dawns, Will is on tenterhooks.

“Will is subdued as Ben and Eva wish their boy a happy birthday,” our spy continues. “His parents apologise for being too busy to have arranged anything, which is a big fib as they are planning a surprise do later in the day.
“But Will is too preoccupied by taking things to the next level with Megan to care. He heads off to meet her in secret, and hands her a hotel room key…”
Back in the Rovers’ backroom, the Driscolls pull together to throw Will a memorable bash to mark the occasion. Maggie tries calling her grandson but she can’t get hold of him. The hours tick by, and they wonder where he’s got to – especially when there’s cake to be eaten.
Thrilled he’s getting some one-on-one time with the object of his affection, Will ignores Maggie’s phone calls and tells Megan he loves her. Knowing she has Will fully under her control, Megan responds that she feels the same way and suggests they go to bed…

Oblivious to Will’s whereabouts, the Driscoll clan has no idea what’s unfolding – until an off-hand comment from a punter arouses their suspicions…
“Ben is worried about Will when Steve pipes up that he saw the boy earlier going into the Chariot Square hotel,” our insider explains. “If Steve’s got it right, they all wonder what on earth is Will doing there. Ben decides to investigate this strange lead…”

In the hotel room, Megan and Will lie in bed having done the deed. Will believes this means they can finally be together properly, but is Megan prepared to go public and risk the consequences?
The moment is then broken when there’s a knock on the door – and Ben is standing on the other side. Is Will’s dad about to discover his son’s shocking abuse?
