Coronation Street’s Kevin makes dark double threat tonight after major betrayal
Coronation Street’s Kevin Webster vows to take revenge against his wife Abi and brother Carl tonight, as he once again grows suspicious over their secret connection. Desperate for the truth, will he secure any proof that they’ve betrayed him?
Kevin is left devastated when Abi abruptly ends their relationship on what should be a happy day for their family. Proving that he’s not as clueless as Abi thinks, Kevin reckons he knows exactly who’s to blame for her sudden decision…
In moving scenes, Kevin’s day begins with a trip to the hospital for his latest cancer check-up. He’s reassured that everything is still clear, which is a hugely positive sign after his treatment.
Full of joy over what the future could hold, Kevin tells Abi how much he’s looking forward to growing old with her. Abi is visibly uneasy, as a long-term future with Kevin is the last thing she wants and she hates having to lie to him.

Before long, Abi finally reaches breaking point over her double life and she shocks Kevin by declaring that they should break up.
Although Kevin is quick to suggest that Carl must be involved, after previously catching him flirting with Abi, they both strongly deny the accusations.
Carl even slyly resorts to emotional blackmail to keep Kevin on side, protesting: “I’ve told you a hundred times, Kev, there’s nothing going on. There wasn’t then, there isn’t now. What do you take me for?
“With my brother’s missus? That’s what you think of me, is it? That I’d do your wife while you’re fighting cancer?”

While Kevin momentarily backs down after Carl’s persuasive words, he soon confides in his sister Debbie that he’s still not letting go of his suspicions. Debbie’s sceptical for now, but is the Webster family about to be torn apart?
“I’ve seen it with my own eyes,” Kevin tells Debbie. “I caught them both, flirting on CCTV. I know what I saw.
“The minute he showed up on the street, she’s been different. We was good. And now… If she’s left me for him, I swear, I’ll kill the pair of ’em.”
