The September 2 episode of General Hospital didn’t just deliver a plot twist for which fans have been waiting ages, it kicked off what promises to be the soapiest murder mystery — or attempted murder mystery if the vic survives — since “Who killed Susan Moore?” back in the 1980s. What’s more, we’re already closing in on the perp since we can rule out four suspects.

Here’s Who We Know *Didn’t* Shoot Drew

Though Trina and Kai might despise Drew, we know that neither of the former sweethearts took aim at him since we saw them hiding in his bedroom when the shots were fired. Sonny would like nothing more than to send Drew for a swim with Judge Heran, but he was at the scene of her murder when Congressman Cutthroat was used for target practice.

Last but not least, we can scratch off Kristina’s name off of the list of suspects. She’s not averse to acting on her homicidal tendencies — right, Ava? However, at the time of the shooting, she’d just arrived at Alexis’.

Here’s Who’s Looking *Extra* Suspicious

And where was Alexis? Unknown. Off her “God, that Drew is the worst!” conversation with Curtis, they were both MIA. Conspicuously MIA, some might say. So were Nina and Portia. In fact, they’d left unfinished drinks on the table at the Brown Dog, they were in such a hurry to run off and… hmm. Perhaps take out the scourge of Port Charles?

Carly and Michael’s whereabouts were unaccounted for following the phone call in which they agreed that [twirls mustache] Drew’s “circumstances” could change faster than he thinks. And Willow seemed a whole lot less concerned with finishing her shift at the hospital once Chase informed her that Judge Heran was dead. In other words, all of Drew’s talk about getting her kids back was just that — talk!
