General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) recently told Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) quite a story as he explained how Drew ended up in his current locked-in state.

During Sidwell’s lengthy and highly entertaining explanation, he divulged something that could lead to a big reveal involving another character.

In GH’s February 26 episode, Sidwell mentioned that with the help of inside info from his informants at the PCPD, he became convinced Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) was the one who shot Drew.

That’s why Sidwell felt confident Willow would be receptive to his offer, which involved access to the paralytic that made it seem like Drew had a stroke.

Willow was indeed on board, so that led to this Sidwell partnership and the drug doses that keep Drew locked in.

However, we want to focus on the part about Sidwell’s informants at the PCPD.

We have to consider who was supplying inside information related Willow’s trial and helping Sidwell figure out that Willow was guilty.

Could Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) be one of those informants?

After all, Nathan got involved in Drew’s case and helped Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) along the way.

Nathan was right there with Dante when they watched the incriminating traffic cam footage, so maybe he gave Sidwell that news soon after and pointed the finger at Willow.

It’s not like there’s a long line of people at the PCPD who would’ve had access to evidence against Willow.

It makes sense that Nathan leaked intel to Sidwell and that he’s perhaps been positioned there so that Sidwell always stays a few steps ahead of the cops.

Despite the DNA proof, matching fingerprints and missing corpse, there’s no guarantee this Nathan is the real deal.

It feels like there’s some trickery going on here, even if it’s just a matter of another man essentially living in Nathan’s body.

Nathan may have the memories of someone else depending on where the writers are going with this storyline. T

here are definitely times when it seems like Nathan isn’t quite the Nathan that fans used to know.

With that in mind, Nathan may be keeping some big secrets about his connection to Sidwell, Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project.

We can’t forget how Nathan popped up that night after Laura Collins (Genie Francis) found Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Cosgrove) in her trunk.

What was Nathan doing out in that secluded area? Didn’t it seem like someone – namely Sidwell – perhaps ordered Nathan to be there?

It’s possible Nathan was involved in planting Dalton’s body, gathering blackmail photos or even just providing a police presence to rattle Laura as well as Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Bottom line, Sidwell definitely has police informants based on what he told Drew, so Nathan seems like a good contender for one of Sidwell’s sources at the PCPD.
