HOT NEWS!! Coronation Street fans spot suspicious moment – is newcomer Ollie all he seems?

Coronation Street fans think they have spotted a suspicious moment involving newcomer Ollie.

Joining the soap last month as Dee-Dee Bailey’s new love interest, Ollie was introduced by Adam Barlow as a new client involved in a dangerous driving case.

Despite being one of Dee-Dee’s clients, things have been heating up between Dee-Dee and Ollie and the pair recently shared a passionate kiss.

While not much is known about Ollie, fans are convinced that the newcomer has been acting suspiciously after catching a particular moment during yesterday’s episode.

In the Rovers, Ollie asked Dee-Dee questions about the residents of Weatherfield and appeared to have a reaction to the news that Lisa works for the police.

After Dee-Dee explained what Lisa’s job was, Ollie remarked: “Better watch my step then.”

Was it an innocent joke, or is Ollie hiding something? Fans seem to think the latter.

Taking to the comments section on Facebook one fan said: “Something suspicious about Dee-Dee’s boyfriend. Almost like he is a reporter?”

“Dee-Dee’s fella got something to do with Lisa’s [deceased wife Becky] and her boss,” said another, while one viewer said there was “something shifty” about Dee-Dee’ new love interest.

Meanwhile, a fan on X had this to say: “Ollie.. you sus dude. Why is Lisa being a copper warrant that reaction. Another bad boyfriend for Dee-Dee? Give the woman a break.”

Dee-Dee actor Channique Sterling-Brown previously warned fans about Ollie, telling them to watch out for his “suspicious” behaviour.

“The viewers will be very suspicious of Ollie,” Channique told Digital Spy. “That’s because they’re protective over Dee-Dee. And I’ll say that not everything is at it seems, but not necessarily in a bad way!

“They’re going to be really excited about whether that goes and who Ollie is, as they get to know him…”
