Sonny meets Diane at Café Cherie. She knows Drew has been shot, so is she defending him, Carly, or Michael? He actually called her about Judge Herrin and Drew’s claim that she was bribed.

Diane notes Herrin was always a fair judge, which is why she was shocked that she gave Michael full custody, so it’s possible she was bought off. Sonny drops hints that Jenz Sidwell could be responsible for her murder.

Who is Michael’s Alibi?
At the hospital, Michael, who is there for routine bloodwork, briefly speaks to Liz about Drew and Willow. He’s told Drew is critical, but stable, and she’s been keeping an eye on Willow.

As Michael waits for his appointment, he reads Lulu’s article about Drew and notices the photo of Drew doing body shots off Jacinda.. He reflects on going to the Port Charles’ Grill, and lo and behold, the blonde woman he was looking for the other day, who is his alibi, is none other than Jacinda. She told him she’d just returned from a dream vacation in Australia, as she had run out of money.

Lulu’s Got Questions!
Lulu nabs Willow to talk about Drew, off the record, and if Willow might know who would want to kill him. Willow spots Michael across the way and suggests that Michael and his father are dangerous people, and Drew has made a lot of enemies.

Later, Liz checks in with Willow when Felicia interrupts. Felicia says that according to Martin, Willow has been appointed Scout’s custodial guardian. Felicia says she can refuse, but Willow is happy to take the girl, recalling the custody papers she and Drew signed before the wedding.

Nina arrives at Portia’s office, only to receive bad news from the doctor. It looks like Drew’s going to live. They talk about how strange it is that an hour after their talk about Drew at the bar, he ended up dead. Nina reveals she has an alibi, Willow, which Portia clearly doesn’t buy, but says is a fortunate coincidence for her.

Nina points out that her hatred of Drew is public knowledge, but Portia’s is private, which is fortunate for her. Lulu interrupts, hoping to get a quote from the doctor about the rumor that Drew targeted Stella. Portia refuses to comment, except to say that Stella is an exemplary employee. Lulu then turns to the subject of Drew, but Portia has no comment.

Another Blow for Alexis and Family
At Alexis’ place, Molly heads out to family court to try and get Drew’s restraining orders dismissed, so that Scout can come stay with them.

After her sister departs, Kristina tells her mother that bringing Scout here is a terrible idea, as she could find Ric tied up with a ball gag in his mouth. Alexis says they don’t have many options.
Molly soon returns with bad news: Willow has been appointed Scout’s guardian, and the restraining orders are still in effect. Alexis fumes, but decides to pack a bag for Scout, as it’s the only thing she can do.

Alexis heads out, and Kristina admits to Molly that she said some nasty things to Willow, so she doubts Nurse Tait will be open to letting Scout see them.

Back at the hospital, Liz suggests that Willow and Scout come stay with her, which Willow accepts. Alexis shows up with a Scout’s bag and informs Willow about the restraining orders Drew had served to her and Scout’s family. Willow had no idea, and Alexis cries that she’s trusting Willow to take care of her girl.
In Portia’s office, she and Nina both insist they aren’t the ones who killed Drew. They are stunned when Jacinda appears at the doctor’s door.
What Will Happen to Colette?
In Jack’s office, he’s sick of Colette’s nagging and has had her relocated to the offices in Algeria. Anna listens at the door as Colette says shipping her out doesn’t erase the fact that he lost two agents, and she will file a report with his boss.

After Colette walks out, Anna storms in and asks Jack if one of those agents is Joss? Jack claims the op ran into a glitch, but he’s confident the mission will be completed successfully.

Jack turns the conversation to Drew’s being shot. He says Carly was with him when they got the news, and insists she was with him all night. Anna asks why he summoned her here?

Jack claims he’s changed his mind about calling her and doesn’t want to add to the burden she’s already carrying, knowing information she can’t disclose. It would appear the whole point was for Jack to give Carly an alibi. Anna snaps at him that she doesn’t like being used, and that he now owes her!
Will Joss and Vaugn Die?
At the Five Poppies, Vaughn and Joss are tied back-to-back in their little room. He wishes she had taken the chance to run when he jumped the guard. Joss knows she’s blown the op and missed her chance to warn the WSB. Vaughn is more concerned that she may die. She asks if he would have really sacrificed his life for hers? We don’t get an answer…

Jason returns to the resort, and Pascal is pleased to see him, giving him his old room. Jason asks if Greta is still here, and Pascal notes she is.

Jason checks into his room and is immediately shot at by an unknown man. Jason takes him down and disposes of the body somewhere not shown, likely his bathroom. He arms himself and heads out.
Back in Port Charles, Colette is in Jack’s empty office and tells someone she’s talking to on the phone that the code they were given to the safe doesn’t work.
