Real Romance EastEnders’ Callum actor Tony Clay poses with stunning rarely-seen girlfriend as they enjoy romantic date in London
EASTENDERS star Tony Clay stepped out with his rarely-seen girlfriend for a pricey date night meal in London.
The Callum Highway actor and his partner of nine years, Olivia, shared a snap from a swanky restaurant in the capital’s Mayfair.
Posing for a mirror selfie inside CUT at 45 Park Lane, the couple looked happier than ever for a wintry night out on the town.
Olivia posted the snap on her Instagram Story, with Tony resharing it with his 110,000 followers, with a red love heart emoji.
Wearing dark-coloured smart, casual ensembles, the soap star beamed into the camera as his belle pouted at the lens.
CUT is described as one of London’s most “splendid” eateries, with steaks costing over £100, and a Bone-In Tomahawk available at £340.
The couple mainly stay out of the spotlight, with the actor’s social media mainly filled with work and BBC reposts.
His last grid post showing Olivia was all the way back in 2021.
“Happy 30th birthday beautiful girl. Love you,” he wrote that December, tagging her and attaching kisses and a heart emoji.
It was the following year, in August, that the two celebrated their six year anniversary.
Tony shared the news with his followers at the time, marking their milestone.
Posting a picture of the couple together with their dog Daisy, Tony wrote: “6 years. Love you! (and daisy obvs).”
In the picture, the pair could be seen enjoying a drink in their back garden.
Tony, 34, is well known for EastEnders, but before that, he graduated from the Arts Educational School in Chiswick with a BA in acting in 2013.
His first role came in 2012’s short drama An Ordinary Life about the hard decisions family carers face.
Tony is also an accomplished theatre actor, having toured America with the Abbey Theatre in The Plough and the Stars.
Tony debuted on EastEnders in January 2018 when he accidentally shot family friend Mick Carter during a botched heist.
He then left the soap briefly before returning to Albert Square at the end of April 2018 – and has been on the soap ever since.
Speaking about his return at the time, Tony told fans: “I’m really happy and excited to be back on EastEnders and working with such a brilliant cast and crew.
“Halfway is such a lovely role to play and I’m really looking forward to exploring his story further and seeing where it takes us.”
