Yep, as quickly as the shots were fired, #GH fans, the case is closed. The only question is which book we should throw at [Spoiler]? Gotcha! General Hospital Just Told Us Who Shot Drew — Did You Catch It?

General Hospital all but solved the “Who shot Drew?” attempted-murder mystery in the September 4 episode (recapped in full here). How? Please. By having Nina trip herself up over and over again as she spoke with the PCPD. She might as well have had “Yeah, fine, I did it!” tattooed across her forehead.

How Do We Know Nina Shot Drew?

First, Nina knew that her ex-lover had been gunned down when she walked in the door of General Hospital. She said that she’d overheard some nurses talking, but c’mon. Really?

Next, Nina jumped through hoops to say that, when Willow had left her shift to take a walk — sure, Jan — she’d gone with her. Nina insisted to her daughter that she’d been attempting to give her an alibi. But was she actually providing herself with one?

The Evidence Against Nina Just Keeps Piling Up

On top of all that, there is, as Willow pointed out, Nina’s violent past. Back when Michelle Stafford (Phyllis, Young & Restless) was playing the part, Nina kidnapped future gal pal Ava and made off with a newborn Avery.

What’s more, Nina cut short her talk with Portia about how Drew needed to be stopped — so abruptly, it seems, that they’d left behind unfinished drinks. (Who does that?)

What do you think? Did General Hospital just spell out for us that Nina shot Drew? Or is she just a red herring?
