#YoungAndRestless just teased a juicy new love triangle! Are you more intrigued by Audra with Kyle or Noah?!
What appeared to be just another scene with characters needling a Newman over the family’s fall from grace was a whole lot more than that. Young & Restless was teasing a brand spanking new up-and-coming love triangle… one that’s guaranteed to be hot, hot, hot!
When Noah first returned to Genoa City, he crossed paths with Audra at the Club and it only took one smouldering glance for Young & Restless fans to see the chemistry leaping off the screen. Suddenly, we understood how two people who seem so different found themselves in a passionate, if ill-fated, relationship overseas.
More recently, Valentine’s Day brought a super surprising, but steamy as all get out, kiss between Audra and the man who loves to hate her, Kyle Abbott. There’s no need to sell their electricity… their previous romps were so sexy they had viewers stepping out for a cigarette afterward.
With Sienna back in Los Angeles and showing no urgency to follow Noah, it was a no-brainer to put him in another scene with Audra at the Club, but it was double daytime delight when Kyle showed up. Suddenly, the banter – and possibilities – seemed endless.
Indeed, it appeared that Young & Restless were teasing one of the hottest new triangles we can imagine, and one that comes with built-in conflict to spare. Claire’s already gunning for Audra, so a do-over of ‘Kaudra’ is bound to all but set her rival’s hair on fire.
But that’s not the only rivalry involved here. As Kyle reminded us in a foreshadow-y bit of dialogue, he and Noah were pitted against each other in the past… and may well be again in the future, over Audra if we have anything to say about it!
Love triangles are one of the most common plotlines on soaps, so how do we know this one would be such a surefire hit? Well, it hasn’t even begun yet and fans on social media are clamoring to declare themselves as Team ‘Naudra’ or Team ‘Kaudra’.
